Re: The greying of our hobby

Sometimes it just takes meeting the right person to get the welcome feeling. I went for years wanting to get back into flying rc when I moved north. finally met the right people and fly with a great group of people. One has a dedicated club trainer and teaches new flyers how to pilot their aircraft. A few of us also have let the local hobby shop know if someone is enquiring about flying or joiningthe club to give them our phone number. Of course they always ask first. I will be calling a guy back tonight that is interested in getting airborne. I guess what i am trying to say is there is so many great people in this hobby that letting a few bad apples ruin it is a tradgedy. OOh yeah I noticed I am starting to get grey hair also.
