The rod in question, was in fact a GP engine (Tiawan). I was reading the thread trying to catch up. As I read 2 pages, the thread grew yet another page. Hate to think how long it is now.
As for GP, or DA engines. I have both brands, and they do all I ask of them, well. I feel my money is working well in bringing me joy.
