A bump wheel is all you need to start the truck. That is what Marin P uses. Racers won't use the easy start. You lose to much power.
People that bash this arn't the ones that the truck was built for. I would put my own servo's and engine in this thing anyways probably. Any racer would use there own radio.
I believe that the future may be the pre-builts. Although any real racer would take it apart and make it there own. Pre-built with electronics and engines is a stretch. I wouldn't buy one.
I'd end up spending more time hunting/fishing/Hockey.
