I recently had good customer service with DJI. After two weeks with my P4, the VPS failed and was not able to do a FW upgrade. Received an RMA# and sent it off to California. I had it back 16 days later, no charge to me or when UPS delivered it. DJI covered the shipping back, I just had to pay $42 to ship it. They replaced the two front facing sensors at $19US a piece, as the invoice said. I hope I can get parts after my warranty runs out because I can replace stuff also
