Thanks for the input, there are a lot of great points there and some ideas worth trying.

The membership cost won't be an issue ($20.00/yr) and our flying field is great. The biggest disadvantage we suffer is geographical. Up here in Norhwestern Ontario there is a long way between clubs. Add to that the fact the local economy is dependant on the forestry industry and that currently sucks.
