I'm not sure Horizon has any plans to import the 11x.

I think the price decrease on the 9503 has more to do with the competitive environment than where it's made. Competitors 9 channel radios are going in the $500-$600 range. Jr couldn't continue to sell the 9303 for $700 with radios like Hitec Aurora 9 and Airtronics 10sd entering the market in the low $500 range.
