Jay D, I thought the same at first but I was highly disappointed with mine. My craft weighs 8.62 lbs and I used the 5-10 lbs version thinking that was the version I needed since the wieght was within the specs, but you can see from the photo above it did not support my aircraft well and was flimsy. I do think the version over the 5-10lbs would work better. I think that is the 11-16 lbs or something like that, but I didn't think I would have to go that high to make a 8 pounder work.
I agree, Sullivan normally has a great product. Maybe, I just received a item that slipped through QA before being shipped.
