My account is at the Head Office and no matter where it comes from it is invoiced thru PEI. I guess they have no choice. Here is a quote from their site.

All orders being shipped to an address within Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland will be charged the 15% Hamonized Sales Tax. The HST applies also to the shipping charges.
Actually I buy very little while I'm in Nova Scotia. I generally have it shipped to me in Nunavut and take it with me. This year I have about $4000.00 worth of stuff to put in my suitcase.
