Well, everyone will jump in on suggestions, but I'm going to ask the "invisible elephant" quetion: why do a twin as your first electric plane? Get a basic trainer-type thqat uses the same motor size that you plan on using in the twin, learn how to set up and fly it (operating procedures like charging lipos, electrical connections, etc.) Then move on to the more complex setups.
