Good stuff and Chad is correct. However for IMAC most planes are set up 0-0-0 with engine right thrust unless you're Chip Hyde who makes everything at zero and uses curved mixes for throttle offset. The fact is that in a routine you are rarely drawing long lines and in any one position for more than two to three seconds especially the upper classes. So what most people do is trim for level upright flight and while inverted use a touch of down to maintain heading.
Of course the other mixes like for downlines (elevator-throttle) and KE mixes with ail/elev/rudder are also used.
The big thing is to build as straight and square as possible and get a cg that works for you. Most mixing will be on the order of 1-3 degrees at most.
I used to build in adjustable incidence in my pattern planes but really didn't find I needed them after doing the basic trimming.
Anyway back to the build...!
