Hi John .... since you have posted here for public viewing ..... I would guess that you potental buyer might be aware of your concerns as well ..... so why not exchange Ph #'s via PM .... one of you call the other and have a conversation ..... resolve your issues ..... and then carry on ... if your buyer is above board he/she should not have a problem with it .... other than that .... go with the majority here .... collect your cash and then send the package ..... and hope for the best ....
