That's what it's about for me too... I spent a couple hours the other night with someone. I'd brought out 3 or 4 planes to fly, but wound up just alternating - we'd buddy and teach him then I'd take one of mine up. He was just as happy to watch me fly as he was to get his hands on the sticks. And I was thrilled to see / hear his expression when he did his first loop and then on another flight to do his first take off!
It was even more rewarding to know his wife was out watching him fly for the first time ever. You could just see him beam from ear to ear!
More than enough payment for me!
