I too am sticking with NiCd and NiMh with my nitro/Gas planes. I dont like the bumped up voltage on LiFe, you never know if you are going to fry a receiver or servos.

These packs suit me fine and I see no reason to change. And just like Dave, if I ever need to top them up at the field, a field charger and 30 minutes is all it takes.
