Anybody see the CTV report tonight on the crashed WW II PBY at Long Beach. I don't know what it is about aviation reporting on the news, but it sets me off every time. This had to be the worst most inaccurate reporting I have ever see. It the first sentence they called it a fighter. It the next sentence it was a bomber. In fact it was neither. And I lost count the number of times the reporter called it a Can Zo. There is no Z in Canso. Doesn't anybody proof read this stuff before it goes on the air!
