Mark, you may have to assemble one from sheet cardboard. NOt hard to do -- just disassemble a photocopier box for the way cuts and folds need to be done, and remember that the lid potion needs to be a bit larger than the inner, about 3/16th of an inch I think (experiment to work this out).
Also, make sure the currogations in the cardboard are parallel for top and bottom, which seems to be the standard. Of course, this could be becaue of the shape of sheets and the length of the box.
Look in the phone book for "cardboard". You probably will need 3-layer.
