Nope, , , it's a much larger bag I'm afraid. Try closer to 24 pounds.
I can't think of a gun shop in Canada that would
dare open one of these up, just to re-package into a smaller size.
Unless someone might have given them a leftover.
Still got about 10 more bags of it!

Kind'a hard to find now-a-days.
