Andrew: Does TARMAC still charge an entrance fee? I remember it use to be around $10 but let me tell everyone viewing this post....The Saturday dinner is awesome and is worth well more than any entrance fee. Its a bit of a hike to go from Southern Ontario north to Englehart but you won't be disappointed. This is one of the best well organized fun flys around and you'll never find a more hospitable group of fellow R/C rs! I was a member of TARMAC for about 6 years and boy did I miss the club when I moved back down south. I'm very excited about going and so far am travelling by myself. If anyone in this area wants to go, they can team up with me, I will drive and we can split the gas. I am planning on leaving on the Friday and returning on Sunday. Andrew informs me they allow camping and I am bringing a canopy and a tent. I can charge batteries from my van and stores and restaurants are only a few moments from the field. Come on fellows, this is one funfly that you shouldn't miss!
