I checked mine out opposite the throttle "arm" on the throttle lever, there should be a tiny set screw. You may need to rotate the barrel to full throttle to see it. Mine had an accumulation of crap there and I would not have seen it without cleaning. If the whole barrel moves in and out with the arm it is the barrel retaining screw you need to go after. Would you like me to scan the manual and send it to you?
