It is another variation of a flybar head. It is neither better nor worse and gets the same job done as a Blade, Align, or any other flybar head out there. That head does not use a washout base and arms to drive the swash plate but uses those two arms, that guide the links attached to the blade grip mixing arms, to keep the swash plate in the correct position relative to the blades. It may be a few years old but without a look at the rest of the heli, it's hard to tell what it is. Take care.
