yes there is a difference in quality of diff brands.
u basically get what u pay for, but u dont have to pay top dollar for lipo's.
just pay for what u need. - if u need a lipo for so many amps, dont buy one that is way over amped.
u can buy with lipo's with 10C (amperage) or buy lipo's with 20C
now "C" rating is how many amps a lipo can put out.
so if u have a lipo that has a 10C rating and 1200 mah it will 12 amps
10c X 1200 = 12amps
15c X 1200 = 18amps
20c X 1200 = 24amps
