It's a Taiwanese mill based on the Go. If it's any indication, the company which was distributing Precirotate in North America for the past few years(Ascendancy) has dropped the brand. You're better off going with a Novarossi, OS, Orion, Ninja, etc. I believe Novarossi dominates the market here, and for good reason.
