Does anyone really know what is going on with this announcement? Insurance is complicated enough without adding member assumptions to the mix so let's wait and see what the policy conditions are before we get too excited. You can be sure if the insurer thinks s/he is giving something back there will be a charge. This then begs the question how much will the fees rise as a result?
