JFYI in the future, most manuals if not all for current and past engines are available from the Horizon Hobby website. A wealth of info if you buy a used engine with no manual.

Saito's (well, almost all of them, as there were some early ABC/ring types) are AAC, hard chrome plated aluminum jug with a ringed aluminum piston.

Break in is generally going to take at least a good hour or two before you will achieve the engine's potential.

I would guess the triple .90 to equal a good modern .72 size single? They claim it will turn an APC 13x8 at 8,500 rpm... if you are getting that with a 12x6, there is something up... they usually are very realistic with their claimed rpm's.
