I finished the foam core with the passage of the extension. I use a copper pipe that I heat the tip and slid into a template. It's easy fast and does not cut your foam on its surface. Now I begin the long process of sheeting. If you have any tips, you can share it. I begin to start grouping the balsa of the same weight for each panel. all edges are sanded on a table made with a shelf of melamine and sand paper stopper attached to one side.You just have to slide the balsa to flatten it. I apply the glue with a foam roller as explained previously. I use the Titbonde Molding for two years because it is clear and sand very easily. and then will have to sand, sand, sand. I plan to finish by 31 December. From here there will be no new post.

Je termine les foam core avec le passage des extension. J'utilise un tuyau de cuivre que je chauffe l'embout et glisse dans un gabarit. C'est facile rapide et ne coupe pas votre foam sur sa surface. Maintenant je commence le long cheminement du sheeting. Si vous avez des trucs, vous pouvez me les partager. Pour commencer je commence par grouper le balsa du même poids pour chaque panneaux. tous les bords sont sablés sur une table fait avec une tablette de mélamine et un rebord avec du papier sablé fixé sur un côté. j'applique la colle avec un rouleau de foam comme déja expliqué précédement. J'utilise la Titbonde pour moulure depuis deux ans parce qu'elle est clair et se sable très facilement. et va falloir ensuite sablé, sablé, sablé. Je prévois pouvoir terminer pour le 31 décembre. D'ici il n'y aura pas de nouveau post.
