It is not an anomaly, as I explained you can have a Barb Fitting for Tygon tubing, a 3mm fitting or 4mm fitting for Festo tubing.

Typically they all go out with 4mm, this one went out with 3mm in error. As I explained a 4mm fitting will be mailed to you.
