How do you weigh your plane?

I have a very accurate beam balance scale for things up to about 5 lbs.

Beyond that I have to use a bathroom scale and hold the plane while I am on it.

Then I have to get my wife to read it.

Then I weigh myself and calculate the weight of the plane.

Maybe someone knows where I can get a platform type scale at a reasonable price.

Open to suggestions.
