I just bought one of these as well. It's an amazing little helicopter. Sure, it's like a toy compared to a 'real' RC helicopter, but it sure is a lot of fun. Crashed it 5 or 6 times without as much as a scratch, but made a big mistake of letting someone else give it a try, and he broke my flybar.
The rotor head came off quite easily. After removing the setscrew and unclipping the ball links, it pulled right off. The flybar can then be removed by pulling out the pins with a small pair of pliers. There are 2 pins, one on each side.
I hope it's ok if I put in a good word for the place where I bought it:

Excellent service. This heli is widely available from Hong Kong for about 30 bucks, but I decided to pay a little extra to buy it locally. I ordered it last Monday, and had it in my hand on Wednesday. My flybar broke yesterday (Saturday), and I should have my replacement by Tuesday.
