I've used the auto charge-discharge function with the NiMHs but since the world has gone Lipo it was like once...

But the 989 is so nice because of all the memory slots it has for all the different batteries I own. But soon it will only need one...5000 Lipo @ 5amps...thats all you need LOL I'll keep the 6000 for the 20min truck class as well.
