Does anyone make body parts from light foam or something? Or do you have to carve something like that up our selves.
Someone should make various head sizes to go on a balloon body with a wire frame inside so that you can get a variety of sizes, light and .... cloth it with a fancy jump suit.
You can cut it to size too for those shoulder or waist sized pilots.

Just and idea but nice project.
