Hey Ted, let me know how it turns out at 47 inches. I plan to build one much smaller, about half the size.
For pictures, have you checked out the PA18 site I mentioned? How about airliners.net, if you look there long enough you'll find almost everything you'll need as far as visual aids for your scale needs...this is a very cool site!!!
That I can make out, the stol kit makes big use of drooped wing tips...sorry, that's about as much as I have for you right now.
