i think i need, no... i know i need some filler, i guess i'm not as neat as all the other builders out there. or maybe they aren't neat either, filler is their secret! i haven't seen many other planes in the nude (before covering)

what else can i use other than the light weight balsa filler from the lhs. could i use any of the cabinet making wood filler or anything else that's available at the local c-tire, or anywhere else? i won't be out of work in time to catch the lhs all week, and not building is going to drive me mad.
is it too heavy?

any sudgestions?
