Losi not good ay Customer support. holy smokes. I have had nothing but great success dealing with them. I had a xxxnt and wanted specs on the mach 15. I had a reply in minutes. mind you it depends who you write.

I wrote to Todd Hodge himself 3 or 4 times and he was awesome to deal with. always had an answer and bent over backwards to assist me. I had a piston disintegrate during break in. I spoke to him and he showed me where to send it. I got a stupid letter from there repair center on how I didn't break it in right, and when I directed the email back to Todd, he got me an apology (I described in detail about running rich and they said it was too lean, hmm fuel spewing out the pipe?)

that said I still prefer the toughness of ae trucks myself....
