Just so everyone knows, i openned this can of worms because of a PM I received from an un-named source....

I read what was stated in the PM and thought it was worth some looking into. From what I can see, just about everyone is in agreement with some guidelines being set to make the racing fair.

Now, the question is, where do we go from here?
