Ya i was hopeing that that was all it needed. This is my 3rd saito.. Have NP with the other 2 at all.. Have tried messing with tuning all spring. It is still not a happy camper. Have followed saito recomendations for tuning. Even tried carb off of engine that is running top notch. No change. It is also grinding a bit when i move shaft.. Think might also have a bearing issue..
