This doesn't make sense to me, they said first time, maybe on F-16 aircraft but what about all those actual drone converted F4 Phantoms they used to use as live targets after or during Vietnam war or Korean war eras, even during cold war era's USAF were using actual F-102s and F-106s for live target practising!!, so what makes them say, this is first time!.....
