I installed the ZYX-Assistant1.1 software along with the PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v10518 .exe for Win 7

I don't think windows starts up the drivers properly
Click driver tap, and then click update driver. Does it find it ? if not pm me we can setup a time tonight and ill help you with TeamViewer..
