wow, a bit of misinformation here and there

If you use ONLY THE BALANCE PLUGS(and not the discharge plugs) and limit the current accordingly it doesn't matter.
With a balance plug, a good charger isolates each charge circuit, so in effect they are neither parallel nor series. (you can call that connector series if you like)
I have no idea why a cellpro has two balance connectors, but I would guess to say only ever use one.
