Hi Alex,
I remember with my Goldberg Ultimate and later my Dave Patrick Ultimate. The rear stab actually had 1.5 to 2 degrees positve incidence. Which would give the same effect as applying down elevator.
For those particular models, that was required for level flight.
A couple of years ago I had a 50cc Aeroworks Ultimate. I couldn't tell visually if it was like the 2 I had before it. I never did measure it to see if it was zero or not.
Just throwing that out there.
