hi all,

It's been a while since I'm " fighting " with the final coat of buty dope.It comes as fuel proofing on top of latex paint.For some reason it comes always flat, or even " frosty" like.I've tried different dilutions ( arround 1:1 )with the apropriate thiner, and dessicant on air line.I'm using Randolph dope and thinner.
Any help/hint would be appreciated.
