Again... borrowing from the awesome design of the 43% Edge, I fab'd up some 3/8" balsa reinforcing gussets around the (6) hatch tabs.

Tonight, I'll also pin these with a dowel - I hate hatch tabs coming lose and this is a guaranteed perma-install
