The Quinte Isle RC Scale Airshow
Saturday July 2 and Sunday 3 2005
Location: Picton Airport, 35Kms South of Belleville Ontario
The theme of the event will be the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan 1940-1944
Scale models from WWI, WWII, and Korean War will be featured, but all scale models are invited.
The Picton Airport is one of the surviving sites developed 65 years ago for the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. Check website for more information about BCATP.

The Picton Airport has 2500ft paved runways and we will be preparing a 600 ft grass runway along side of the paved runway.
There will be on site camping for self contained Rvs and Trailers. You must have your own water and sanitary facilities. There are no camp fires allowed. You can arrive Friday evening.
There are no fees to fly. There is no competition. Just come and fly . A display area for flying and non flying models will allow spectators to appreciate your planes and talk to you about them.
An E-mail reply would be appreciated if you will be participating, as this will help us structure the event.
If you are thinking of coming, please check the website below for information about the area and for accommodation. There is a lot to do in the county so make this a family summer vacation. This is a tourist area so book early.
