Amen to that! I had to wait over 3 months for my HotSpot retracts back in 2001. I was told from week-4 that they were 'just about to ship'. I thought it was a one-time deal and got a few struts for my Stingray in 2003, same deal... Tower Hobbies must have a good advanced order system in place for that vendor in order to keep stock on their stuff... Being late about something in a low throughput product line is OK, but lying about it only ever pi$$es off customers...

Not that Robart is at all exclusive to jets, but its funny how you tend hear that a lot in the turbine jet industry, with the exception of a few good kit/accessory/engine suppliers. I've heard pretty good stuff about Dreamworks from a few guys now... I've also had good experinces with Great Northern and Helijet.

Good to hear from you again Shaun! What Simjet did you eventually get?
