i have a better idea - manufacture vehicles so they can't 'bend' the speed laws. all of a sudden street-racing related accidents decrease and everyones rates go down. you also end up paying less tax for healthcare for those who don't die in their streetracing accidents.
Seriously, fast cars are fun and all, but it wears off... and when you look back on all the stupid things you've done, you have to wonder where the hell your head was at. The guy in the vette doesnt look like he's 22 either. He should probably know better.
