I sent my OLD JR 9303 2.4 transmitter back as I was suspicious that I had a firm ware issue when I tried to rebind it to two different receivers.
Horizon Hobby replaced the IR board, the antennae, re-installed the firm ware and shipped it back for FREE. Replacement parts were over $100. My only cost was for the shipping the package down to them.
The whole service turn around was only 13 days and I also got a informative note as to what the tecnician found during his service of the transmitter.
All of this and the transmitter was
no longer under warrenty!
