When cutting the ailerons out I was really pleased to see how the Ultimate PU glue penetrated the foam to about 3/8" deep! This locked the foam beads together and gives a nice 'skin' to the balsa sheet. It is kind of hard to see in the picture but I will definitely use this method on all future builds.
