A reliable compressor is more important than big bucks for a gun IMO.
I use a standard Paasche air brush for fine work and a cheapo automotive detail gun for larger work,which I bought at Wally Mart and I think CTC carries the same one.
If you have been following the Vaillancourt series in MAN,you will notice he uses much the same equipment with an "old Sears" compressor for work on his models bound for the US scale masters and similar meets,so its good enough for me..........
