What adapters did you use? Are they collet style or held on with set screws?
When using collet style I sanded the motor shaft to make some roughness before adding locktite. With the set screw style,i always add one flat spot to prevent the adapter from turning on the shaft and loosening. Each set screw should have locktite as well.
You should have a very powerful combination on those BL32 motors (on 6s).
Have you dynamically balanced them?
