The 6965's I use on cyclic are fairly noisy, they'll stop if you wiggle the linkage a little and let the servo center up with no load on it at all.

And yes, I meant they're okay on the tail with heli's that are on the milder side for engine power.
A 6965 doesn't have anywhere near the resolution or speed necessary for use on the tail of a decently powered 3d heli.
