You would have seen the update tonight if I hadn't completely botched the colour match on the upper part of the cowl!
I had to sand it back to fiberglass. The lower half came out decently but the clear yellowed the white for some reason. The wheel pants came out properly but I must have put it on too thick on the cowl. I may try to re-spray the white on the bottom of the cowl.
The upper half has been re-primed and I'll see if I can find a closer match. Otherwise I may have to paint the stripe and have Dave from Bodywerx try and match my orange. Unfortunately, TopFlite doesn't have LustreKote in orange.
Once the painting is done the Yak is officially in ARF mode! Just installing servos and engine and tank and sealing the hinge gaps.
