6. Termination of Membership
(b) Club Affiliate Membership may be terminated by a majority vote of the Board, provided that the conduct of the Club Affiliate Member is found to be prejudicial to the Association in the opinion of the majority of the Board of Directors. Club Affiliate Members shall have an opportunity, upon notice in writing to the President of the Association of at least thirty (30) days to show cause why its membership should not be terminated as provided in this Article.
